We have joined venture agreement with many suppliers from China. They provide us seasonal development to propose our clients. We give development support to our customers either their design and the design they select from us. Our in-House sample technician with AUTO CAD and Pattern system we can provide digital pattern to our customers also To save over cost of products we also provide idea to our clients how to reduce products cost with small changes.

Quality Control and Assurance

The need for quality control in the textile and garment industry is immense. Most of the garments in the textile industry are exported abroad. In that case, The selection of the quality of clothing is very important. If there are any errors then there can be huge problems. As a result, the clients can face their turnover due to less sales. So, the issue depends entirely on the quality control, so that there is no problem with clothing. To solve this error, we not only using our quality control team to control quality but also, we use our quality assurance team to ensure quality and customer standard products. We offer in-line, Pre-final and final inspection based on customer AQL system. Our QC starts working in factory from development to shipment. So, he knows very well all the requirement of customer. Our QA team visits factory and check random goods to ensure quality. Beside that our Inspection team do inline, Pre-final and Final inspection. Our in-house test we can provide some physical test as par customer requirement. Not only this we can provide live fitting through our own studio with highspeed camera to save time of sampling process.
